Welcome to Lion class, we have settled into Cliffdale really well, either within the last year or two, or for some of us, as recently as September.

Matty has shown brilliant engagement, particularly when we go to the forest with Muddy Mel each week; Wayne is brilliant at completing his independent work all by himself; Jacob has been showing lots of resilience when he goes to the weekly ‘Tastebuds’ programme to try out new food with Lou; Jeremy and Scott have been building relationships - They both love transport as Scott enjoys playing with the trains whilst Jeremy is a big fan of buses; Taanish and Aiden have both been using PECS and Makaton to communicate fantastically.

As a class, we love to explore sensory trays, be creative, to sing and to dance. We’ve enjoyed singing songs and nursery rhymes, including in our Music & Movement sessions with Craig; taking part in dough disco and parachute games to strengthen our fine and gross motor skills; and we’ve had lots of parties for people’s birthdays!
