Cliffdale Choir were excitedly filmed by Portsmouth Music Hub in February doing what they do best: singing and signing! Together with lots of recognisable figureheads from across the city (including Alison Jeffery – Director of Children’s Services, Mark Cubbon – Chief Executive of Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust and Alan Knight – Ambassador of Portsmouth Football Club), they now appear in a music video raising awareness of children and adults with hearing impairments in a national Sign2Sing campaign.
Promoting unity and signing, the song they practised and then performed was the national charity Signhealth’s song ‘Friends Forever’. Cliffdale Primary Academy Choir are now very proud to say that their school can be seen online along with important Portsmouth landmarks including HMS Warrior, Spinnaker Tower and Old Portsmouth Cathedral.
